Report a user

If a user sends you unwanted or abusive messages, you can:

  • Block the user (you will no longer be able to communicate with each other through the USBC apps):

  • Open the conversation details menu and choose "Block user" open the user details menu and select "Block user."

Report a threatening message to USBC:

  • Make sure you block the user to prevent them from continuing to harass you.

  • Open the conversation details menu and choose "Report user."

  • Submit an email to: support@usbc.xyz to report them.
